This afternoon, a Nautilus 3712 was offered to me. The watch is LNIB. The dealer told me that the model is highly sought after. Is it true? Actually the price he gave me is similar to the list price of the new nautilus 5712R. I find it too expensive because the watch is steel. Is the price justified?

The 3712 is highly sought after and if the price you are being offered is very close to the 5712R then I would say it is a justifiable price. You see the 3712 was made in a short production run(couple hundred) and even though you may think it is expensive...
