As you may know I am in love with PP 5960P versions. Today, I visited 2 good friends Dimitri and Antoine at MMC a famous resaler in Paris, which always propose many PP models. I thank them for their warm welcome and all our discussions regarding PP collec...  

.....I don't really go for annual calendar complication. Having said that, if i were to go for one, it would be between the 5960P with anthracite dial and the one on your wrist. I think these two stand very high on the list of 5960 variants.

I am not a fan of the steel.

compared to Pt versions.

as the weight is not a major problem with the 5960P positionned on my wrist, I have the Pt with grey dial. One day, one of these in your collection ;-)) This PP calibre and complications offer is Unique and will be Iconic IMHO. Cheers, Patrickh

I don\'t have a single annual calendar across any of my manufacturers. If i did, it would be the one you have which I think is by a margin the best 5960 made. Just my taste talking there, but it is very attractive.

should be interesting if I would have a very limited collection (less than 4) as this one could get a long wrist time period. I fully understand the choice made by Mr Philippe STERN with his rare 3940 ;-)) With a large PC collection, it is playing in anot... 

And it is actually my favourite watch. It gets a lot of wrist time. I also think if I was to go down the path of combining chrono with calendar, i would look for just one PC chrono. So I sort of agree on the concept. I can\'t see myself owning multiple PC... 

is this one. PC with INSTANTANEOUS changes=just Perfect. Without mentionning other complications ;-)) I fall in love when I put it on my wrist. Will stay just a dream, but what a dream. Cheers, Patrickh ...  

I tried this model as well and the RG hue is stunning, light and not too colourful. The combination of the RG with this grey dial gives a very nice casual and more casual look that I like very much. We don't see the rose gold versions of the 5960 often, t...

They really hit it off well with the initial releases of 5960P and R. I could easily see myself add a rose one day! I am quite curious to see whether we will see a yellow gold version one day since they have somewhat told us the reference will be kept ali...

Personally I would opt for a lighter colored strap to match the dial for a more casual look. Looks great either way just a matter of personal preferences!

...but that is an amazing color combo. Would love to see it on other references.

I have to admit I am still wondering which version would be the right choice : - P : I usually love Platinum cases and for 5960 P I specially like the blue and black dial versions but... it is quite heavy and because of the height of the case, I am not su...

I can globally confirm my previous comments : the P is probably the most attractive and versatile IMO but unfortunately my fear was correct : it is definitely too heavy for my wrist as the watch has a tendency to twist around the wrist due to its weight (... 

Take your time to think about these ICONIC models. A must have, IMHO in any collection. Best, Patrickh
