The Patek will keep appreciating in 10 years while your vehicle will depreciate to zero value in 5 years. Tell him to go figure your smart investment.
I never understand why people will spend millions on a vehicle knowing so well that they depreciate at least by 30% every year.
If I have 1.5 million francs to spare and not desperate for a place to live, I would certainly get my 5016G like the fellow Purists below and live in my condominium.
