hi i am new to this forum i am a vintage rolex avid collector but i just inherited a vintage patek i have the invoice from the jewelery dated january 1950 its about 37 mm case size its in great shape for its age will try to post pics.. i need help identyf...

Hi, I am very much in doubt about the size you gave! It looks like a Reference # 1461 which is a pretty small watch around 32 mm. Did you take the diameter including the winding crown or without?? BTW the winding crown looks like a non Patek replacement. ... 

hi erich thanks for the reply im pretty sure of the size its just like a rolex datejust and yes the dial is like the ref 1509 but the size is different and about the crown is there any place were i can find the original crown? is it worth restoring any ta... 

If you can get your hands on Patrizzi Vol II: see no. 374, 397, 504. This looks like the body of a Ref. 1413 or 1509 but there is a Ref. 570 with your dial (see no. 374). I agree with macomega in respect of the crown.
