Personally, I would pass on both.
I'm sure they are stunning pieces, but not for me. I would admire them in the case but can't imagine feeling comfortable wearing either.
Everyone has a different view regarding watches, my view is cut from a more conservative mold so I am inclined in a different direction.
If I had to choose between the two, I would opt for the piece most useful to me which would be the 5169G. The information on the 5102pr, other than the time, is of no interest to me ( don't me wrong, very cool looking) and would not prompt me to purchase it at its price point.

I think this watch is more rare...if that is what you are looking for. But you have to appreciate the engraving, it takes an incredible amount of effort to produce that watch.
