Personally, I would pass on both.
I'm sure they are stunning pieces, but not for me. I would admire them in the case but can't imagine feeling comfortable wearing either.
Everyone has a different view regarding watches, my view is cut from a more conservative mold so I am inclined in a different direction.
If I had to choose between the two, I would opt for the piece most useful to me which would be the 5169G. The information on the 5102pr, other than the time, is of no interest to me ( don't me wrong, very cool looking) and would not prompt me to purchase it at its price point.
