is the way to go here if price difference no criteria. What an incredible watch.
The 5160 certainly looks striking, but at first glance the engraved case seems a bit out of place, maybe overdone. On the other hand the engraved side band-only on 5102 is sublime.
re: go with the 5160
I think this watch is more rare...if that is what you are looking for. But you have to appreciate the engraving, it takes an incredible amount of effort to produce that watch.
5102...
is a powerful watch with a lot of wrist presence. At 43mm it's probably one of the largest Pateks. The 5160 is really just a 5159 in fancy clothes, if you like that sort of thing.
Neither is the perfect Patek IMO ( if there is such a thing) but between the two, I'll head straight for the Celestial. 
However, ultimately the chioce & decision should come from you.

The Celestial without any doubt in my mind
The 5160 is too... baroque? for my taste. The dial of the Celestial is a true marvel and the complication... if not useful is very poetic.

First the 5102pr and then the 5160g ...both are extreme watches.
Both are truely heavanly watches: the Celestial has the sky on its dial, the 5160 looks like being on cloud nine with its "cloudy" guilloche.
Both are quite "extreme" watches from Patek: either by the radical size of the Celestial or the by the uncompromising design of the 5160.
If you can consider one of them, than mostlikely you will be able to have also the other, too.

I agree with you, both are stunning watches.
I will probably get the 5102pr first, and than try to purchase the 5160g aswell.
The thing with Patek is that availability becomes difficult with time passing by, so this should be considered aswell.

Personally, I would pass on both.
I'm sure they are stunning pieces, but not for me. I would admire them in the case but can't imagine feeling comfortable wearing either.

If I had to choose between the two, I would opt for the piece most useful to me which would be the 5169G. The information on the 5102pr, other than the time, is of no interest to me ( don't me wrong, very cool looking) and would not prompt me to purchase it at its price point.
