The Patek Philippe ref. 2496 is rarely seen, even though its use of the hobnail pattern is quite unique.
Here are three variants of it.
All have a 26 x 34 mm (incl. lugs) case and are powered by manual wind cal. 10-200.

A very classy time piece. I can see that pairing very well with a tuxedo.
