Any chance that extra gold hand is Equation of Time Marchante? It's not mounted on the smallest pivot like a sweep second usually is, and the Watch is a perpetual calendar, which is a prerequisite for equation of time, but I can't find anything reliable to confirm that it is equation of time Marchante or not
