Oh! Very nice! The font is not one I've ever seen before. How unique!
It's half Belle Γpoque and half Art Deco in my eyes. Very special. I like it.

1934 makes the Art Deco side more likely, but the Belle Γpoque influence might be a stretch. Someone with a Masters of Fine Art may have a more qualified opinion than I do.
