I have always found the manual winding watches to be more accurate over the self winding, no matter what the brand. I think there are just less moving parts and the wind from the rotor is inconsistent at best given all the wrist positions and amount of motion in general whereas the manual wind watch gets the same charge each day.

PP accuracy rate
Well, the new PP Seal specs specify that “ For calibers with diameters of 20 mm or more, the rate accuracy must lie within the range of -3 and +2 seconds per 24 hours.”
For a handwound watch: very, very acceptable !
The specifications mentioned before might be more doable for an automatic movement. A manual can not keep the power as constant as the auto can do and hence it is "less" accurate. Again: a very good accuracy ! Regards Moritz
