Not only is this at the top of the acceptable range, but also it appears to be a change in one direction only. Normally I would expect a couple of seconds plus on one day and a couple of seconds minus on another day...
The implication of plus 90 seconds after 20 days is that every two months you can readjust the time on your watch as it will be 5 minutes off.....

Well, the new PP Seal specs specify that “For calibers with diameters of 20 mm or more, the rate accuracy must lie within the range of -3 and +2 seconds per 24 hours.”
