Nothing to be concerned about
I have many vintage Pateks that have movements made in one year but cased several years later. Back in those days, the market was different and watch collecting wasn't a thing. Patek's annual production was way less than it is today. Today they can't keep up with the demand but back then demand wasn't so great so movements would be made and then stored until there was a need to case it.
