Not considered "vintage"
The demand is for vintage watches. This one is sort of in between but most do not consider this a vintage Patek perpetual --- the 3450 was the last such one to many.
So this gets bunched up with the 5059, 5158, 3940, etc, and ALL of those references have had crazy low auction prices! So this is not alone and the entire group has had relatively weak demand as dollars spent have shifted to vintage.
I will say that the 5050 Roman dial is my absolute favorite perpetual (since the 2497) and even nicer than the 3448 3450 to me.
