Which angle do you like on this 7234R? Took the watch back to room and can’t help taking this Lume shot ...  

I looked closer and saw Tiffany and Co. This is a super rare piece. No reflection shot is nicer.

Curious your decision to put it on a deployant clasp? Did you size up to 16 mm or stick with 14 mm? I have an 18x16 mm strap on mine right now. Have debated ordering the 16 mm version of the buckle that comes with the watch.

Fear of dropping the watch. I stick to 14mm since there are limited options with croc strap. I see the original calf strap is 16mm so I think 18/16 may work too.

Nice! Didn’t know 5524 or your 7234 came in a deployant clasp. Did you also change the strap to Alligator? Like the deployant on this reference. Looks more formal with that…👍

Yes the Alligator strap totally changes this watch to look formal and we like it, so it is different from the casual 5522A. You can do so with your 5524G as well.

Nice! I’m the other way and am looking into a Nato on the 5524 instead…haha. But, at least it’s good to know I have options if I needed to dress it up. Thanks!

...but I still have a problem with the 1 - - 4 - - 7, etc. I don't know why, but it's not intuitive. Especially the odd and then even number sequence. PP manages to use the 1 - 3 - 5, etc. sequence on its other watches. Just my .02.

it will be very crowded. The prints are quite good size, using 1-4-7 only needs 11, but if using 1-3-5, you need 16 and shrink the size. may not be pleasing to some or match to the fonts of the main dial.

...but it isn't a problem on Patek PCs... Either way, if I had the funds I would still be tempted as it's a great-looking watch...

Were these taken with a legitimate camera or a cell phone. I have the 5524G but I cant ever get my phone to see what I see.

Occasionally I get to share, so you’re right it has little wrist time because not much occasions nowadays to wear pilot watches.
