I saw my Clifton points up the full moon.
I discovered a nice 5054J.
MP and as desert a wanted PRM.
Not as you, i never dreamed about owning a Patek, albeit it would be a fun watch that is a fest for the eye.
So i consider to get the 5054J.
Sure, i want the 5524G Travel Time as a second option.
As i want some information about the 5054J.
What are the things i must be alert on? And what are the fantastic prognoses owning such a marvel?
Personally i want to know if the 5054J wind as well as for example a Patek with a big rotor.

Wonderful pieces. The 3448 is just perfect. The nicest and cleanest PC. And the 5970 is my favorite Patek of all time and best PCC, hands-down. An absolute treasure. Perfect size, design....everything (except the price!). The 3940 is a legend too. So slim...

Mike, on reflection I think “less is more” does not quite apply. Perhaps “fewer is more” is a better description. Applying the word “less”

Actually even my Calatrava from the 50´s is giving me equal pleasure every time I wear it and that’s why I don’t want to have too many more: each of them deserves a more of wrist time

Actually 3970 was in my wishlist too but I missed the one I was targeting end of last year 🙈 (2nd series). Now the train has left the station I’m afraid 😢

Pure pleasure every time I wear mine. This one is a second series too like mine (but with the classic Calatrava crown, a small detail that makes a big difference 😉)
