My new love: Nautilus 3800
To me, the Nautilus is the essence of "Sport Chic" in watchmaking.
I have been attracted by this watch for a long time, in fact I almost pulled the trigger some years ago.
But I finally switched to an AP, keeping the Patek on my wishlist though.
Later I had the opportunity to by an Aquanaut from a friend, a great watch !
But the Nautilus was still somewhere in my brain....
Now I have finally done it, I can enjoy the great design of Gerald Genta and the pure class of this timepiece.
I just love the case, dial, bracelet....
The design of this watch is a pure work of art:
Thanks to the 1.5 link, the watch fits now perfectly on my wrist: it's incredibly comfortable !
The dial is simply amazing, its color changes from grey to blue depending on the light...
