I find your story (little though I know) similar to my own. I really enjoy my Royal Oak & love the Nautilus. But just haven't focused my attentions on it. Maybe some day. I still feel like it's a bit too dressed up for where I am now. But it sure is a... 

For me, the perfect size with a centered sweep... ended up giving it to my son, so I did my part taking care of it for the next generation.

...I want to enjoy the watch first....LOL

This 3800 is a beauty even if I think I prefer it without the second hand. The perfect summer watch? Yes for the elegant boys! Fx
