To me the dial more than a little bit intriguing. It evokes the image of an instrument cluster in an exotic sports or race car. I especially love the thinness of the case, which is just slightly thicker than the beautifully thin 5711. And that 21K gold micro rotor in the 240 is simply magnificent.

This is my favorite watch of all time - the dial layout, the bracelet, the power reserve and moon phase complications. I have a solid relationship with my AD but suspect I’ll never be able to get a 5712. Enjoy in good health!
