Many thanks, I was incredibly lucky to be allocated one of these, as I believe no Rare Handcraft collection can be complete without a little treasure in wood marquetry, but it is, by far, the rarest of all crafts! ;-)

And you are totally right that we haven't seen many in recent years. Out of curiosity, I went back and checked some of the material (most of which I'm afraid is unpublished as I wasn't the moderator yet, and Patek doesn't include everything on its official site)... Interestingly, it looks like we had *only one* wood marquetry wristwatch reference in the last three years, namely this stunning "Falcon Head" from the 2021 Collection (5177G-024)!
I'm also enclosing for you the official description inclusive of all details below (again probably a new document). I believe we'll see a few more Rare Handcrafts in 2023, on the occasion of Patek's Exhibit in Tokyo in June (but I am not aware yet of what the themes are, and they'll certainly be reserved for the regional ADs). Cheers.
