I think that applied Breguet numerals look nicer though (like in the 3842P).

Well, it looks like a converted pocket watch ( in a good way) and also uses a lot of ancient Breguet styling features. Didnt Breguet have a model which also utilized a white dial and painted-on Italic numbers? 5140 Classique?
