I'd get the G model, mostly because I prefer the blue dial
I would also say that comparing to the 5960 isn't really a good compare, except on price. The 5960 is an excellent piece with an important movement for Patek's history, but it's also, based on my dealer at least, a really popular piece. The 5100 was always more of a niche product, so if you find the one you want at the right price, get it. The 5960 will always be there for you later down the line.

but for me it would be very simple! I would go for 5100 without any hesitation. Even Patek's rose gold is really nice, I would take the white gold model because of the metal and the blue dial. However, the R version is also fantastic. Good luck with your ...
