I saw the watch in metal and in fact,
I was looking at it in three different occasions.
It's a very nice watch but not so special. To my taste a little bit big. However, for me it's useless to speculate. I asked from London Salon and one of the bosses of Patek's head office if I could get one. The answer was "through an AD in US".
I will not change from London Salon to US in order to get this watch. Furthermore, if I was offered to acquire one watch from NY Special Editions, it would be 7200/50 with white dial for my wife. That's a stunner.
So I accept my destiny: being European I have to live without one of these NY Special Editions.
Best, Kari
I would get it.

I haven't seen it in the metal and I know that watches show usually much more in real. This being said, when the first front pictures were released, I didn't like it (though I like this grainy blue dial we see also in the 5524G or the recent 5960G). Too s...

AD allocation hierarchy based on those invited to the NY show. When in the London show, one can really feel the difference shown to visitors, even at the Patek boutique during the days of the exhibition, when inquiring about the event pieces. Now, it's ou...
