art to my eyes. BTW, yes I have seen it up-close and personal. The white gold seals the deal for me. The great parts of life are full of dreams and fantasy. Has anyone on this wonderful forum ( I say wonderful because I have been on other Patek sites and the moderators there were so boring or had chips on their shoulders. I am really made to feel welcome to this forum and can speak my mind without worries ). So to continue my question: Has anyone had a Patek watch fantasy which they though could never come true, but suddenly became a reality? If yes will you please share your story.

Also I like the 5110's dial over the 5131. It's is worth the wait and extra expense! Thanks to Nicolas, a lovely image. Cheers, -- Richard. This message has been edited by =RWK= on 2010-07-16 08:31:14...

I was in the midst of correcting my error. You didn't think you would catch me that easily did you Nicolas ;-) Best mon ami, and you have the nicest PP Worldtimer of all! -- Richard.

I really love that 5110P. The classic size, the dial, it's just perfect. Louis Cottier would've been proud.
I may want a 5110P, but I'll settle for a 5131J or 5131G

I honestly like both the 5131 J and G. I'll settle for either one! I have only seen the G in person, have yet to see the J in person. I really like the World Time, and I just about love anything with the 240 caliber movement inside of it.
Patek 5131J or G

White for me. To fantasie because it is indeed very difficult to come by. High end jewellers always have them and keep it for thier VVIP customers. Very difficult piece to do because apparently there are only two craftsmen (women) doing it and they can on...
G because of the contrast

the blue ocean just contrasts so wonderfully to the white metal. A bit concerned about the rodium plating PP uses with WG,but should'nt matter too much as I don't think this kind of watch will be carried very much on wrists,so danger of scratches should b...

b/c it shows Asia. 5110p is my another favourite. I just missed a chance to buy one (a 5110p I mean) at a great price. Cheers!
