I agree: very nice watch
I have the original 5165/a-001 (I believe that’s the correct ref.), which is 38mm I think. It fits my small wrist very nicely. I use it a lot and it shows the wear. FWIW the last time I sent it to PP for service (at the Stern Agency in NYC), when I asked them if I should have the case and particularly the bezel refinished they told me that they like to see Aquanauts well used because that’s the way PP intended them to be used. They discouraged me from doing the refinish, referring to the obvious wear marks as “patina.” LOL. Anyway, I followed their advice and skipped the refinish, and I don’t regret it.
IMO this is an underrated watch that I’ve occasionally seen undeservedly disparaged by some PP collectors.

Which is why I am desperately trying to get it right now since I've had it serviced/refurbished. Yours looks beautiful.
The service took 4 months (UK)
but there were problems when I got the watch, with the refurbishing (I strongly advise you to look after it and never get it refurbished), dial and rotor. They replaced the case as I insisted on it, it was very badly done. I am waiting to see what happens...

And I only got a scratch at 2pm position. Maybe I wear it mostly with my suits.
