I'm one of those crazy guys about the Celestial.
The Celestial is, with the Minute Repeater, a pure piece of Poetry.
Useless?
It has been made to know the exact positiion of the stars...Some would think it is useful, the vast majority would see it as an useless and expensive toy, I look at it as a pure and necessary piece of Poetry.

Well, the 5102 G was ( and still is ) a grail watch for me ( Fernando, if I see you laughting... 
).
I don't appreciate the jewelled version or the two tones one, as they're just not my taste, but a white metal one...The contrast with the blue dial is awesome.
Yes, Jerome, to me, the Celestial is a Holy Monster....And without Date, it is even better.
Doesn it make sense to give utility ( a date ) to Poetry ( Celestail Dial ) ?
