Hi Glau I got the answer regarding the thin liner dial
The "Thin liner" dial was used only on a small number of Patek 5711J and 5711G leather strap models at around 2007 for just a short period of time, which is before 2009 when Patek stopped using the Geneva Seal stamp. And somehow, a small number of these dials ended up on the blue stainless steel 5711-001, however most of the 5711 you see, regardless of 001 or 010 use only the standard dial pattern.

Surely not on a new watch. If it is, it will leave me cold. Could it really be another boo boo by Patek or is it a reflection of a smudge from the crystal? The dial is beautiful though.
