I was very fortunate to visit the patek salons in Geneva august of last year, and i must say that their hospitality and kindness is beyond compare. I visited them wearing my old worldtimer, a 5110J. And when I tried some pieces there and saw the dilapidated condition of the leather strap of my watch, they changed it free of charge! I was not even asking for it, and have not even bought a watch on that day! Really, they are very great people.
PS. I went back the day after and bought my nautilus there. It was really a great experience.

Becomes only three weeks ago, I appeared to have been sitting more or less in the same seat as yourself (upstairs) looking at the very same two pieces. And possibly being served by the same gracious lady, who helped me enough a very pleasurable hour exami...
