Well I have been wearing the 5235G nearly every day now for the past 3 weeks. i have mainly only positive comments to make: 1. The watch is comfortable to wear. The buckle sometimes catches on things (can be a problem wheh typing on a laptiop keyboard for...  

The way it is read, the dial layout, the very appealing movement... I'm glad you come to be more and more comfortable with it. Thank you very much for sharing your experience, this is not something we are used to reading much about. it is very appreciated... 

Hello there. If you have worn the watch for the last three weeks it had to jump from 30th September to the 1rst October and therefore move the date disc two days further ( long jump) . That is consuming quite a lot from the power reserve. The current 5146... 

it states the reserve is only about 48 hours, not the 60as originally advertised Julian

yes i am aware the actual spec is 48 hours and not 60. My comment was not a complaint but confirming it achieves this new stated spec except indeed when a lot of power is consumed on a short month date change. In short it works as expected.

I like them both! But I might like the instrument cluster of the Aston Martin more. Probably one of the most beautiful instrument clusters I've ever seen.

LOL good spot! I agree and let us hope Aston Martin do not lose this in the new models where they incorporate a lot of M-B technology (which sadly means I think they may).

There will be a lot of cross contamination between Aston Martin and Mercedes-Benz, but not to worry, they will still be amazing cars.

A very rare reference and stepping out of Patek's standards. Your very nice picture underlines how nice are the lugs and angled bezel and how good it looks with a very straight and graphic style. Congratulations and enjoy it well. Cheers, Mark
