Gentlemen, there were two 2526 Patek on Antiquorum recently
Both watches were in yellow gold but there was a huge difference in the price realized. Why do you think there was such a difference in value?

I think $60,000 is about $35,000 too much for the one. Yellow gold and plain ivory enamel dial in excellent condition should probably be much closer to $25,000. I think $19,200 is way too much for a 2526 with such cracks in the dial, plus I would suppose ...

2526 is indeed the most beautiful Patek time only watches. According to my good friend, it is very robust too and not really fragile. The dial only have issue when you send in for servicing and the watchmaker may overtighten it and cracks the dial. I wond...
