These pearl dot minute markers are also an important detail for me. 1970 / 1971 was probably the pivotal period : until that date the minute markers were these nice pearl dots, after they were replaced by classical nicely painted small indexes. Thanks for your kind words.

One of the most beautiful moon phase disc I know is certainly the one from the VC Chrono / QP. The one form the late 90's, early 2000's. ...
I cannot deny that VC moon is a marvel too, and even the watch itself is a really nice complicated watch but...
still not comparable in any way to such an incredible icon as a 3448 at least imho !
On this i am not uncertain.
But now I want to say some important things.... 1) Buying a watch is an intensely personal issue. The more I have collected, the more I have realised that whenever I put a watch that I own on my wrist, there should be a frisson of excitement and fun invol...
