I'd give it to PP.
As for a AP RO, if you give it to every body else than PP, the polish may attack the angles of the bezel, and " hurt " its beauty .

Don't see why you can't get a Polish only. Ask to your AD, my friend. There are no reasons you can't only get a POlish. Best. Nicolas

I think AP and Rolex do not want to polish your watch if you don't let them service the whole watch (movement) I think you can ask them service your watch WITHOUT polishing it but I think only polishing is not allowed.
