DON`T worry! Be happy!
You should not worry about the hands!
If a vintage watch is sent to Patek for a full service they
will replace all parts which have even the smallest damage
and they always take original spare parts as far as they are
still available. And mostly they are... they have a large stock of old parts!
Post a good picture and I could tell you if the hands were replaced with
correct version hands.
BTW - do not discuss prices here - you may send a PM (private message) to
get an estimate!

As far as I am concerned if the hands were replaced by PP it should not affect the value or enjoyment at all. Its a great watch and would love to see pics Julian
