Hi,
I am new here. Just received a Patek 18k YG Ref 2551 (12-600 Automatic movement ) vintage watch with double P crown from my granddad.
The watch is in very good condition as it has just been sent back to Patek for servicing. I have the Original undated paper.
Everything is original except that the hands has been replaced by Patek.
Can I check with experts in this forum if the value of my watch greatly affected? If so, by how much?
Thanks.
As far as I am concerned if the hands were replaced by PP it should not affect the value or enjoyment at all. Its a great watch and would love to see pics

Hi, thanks for assuring me that.
This is in fact my first vintage piece amongst the rest of my watches.
Just curious, and I am not sure if I can ask this question although I am not intending to sell it (as it is kinda a heirloom).
How much does this Patek worth in the current auction market?
:P
