Going to a fancy dress dinner, so will wear a 1929 Pt pocket watch. A lot of design cues are maintained in the 5370p of today. Breguet numerals and similar seconds dials. Almost similar in size, do have to agree the 5370 is too large.

I tried on a friend's 5370P...
on my 7.25" wrist. And while I won't say it's too large, I will say it's as large as I would like it to be...no more. Thinner would be better, but that would probably mean a new movement and another $100K : )
There is the black dial 5170G with Breguet numerals.
A much lesser watch, for sure, but a very nice size. 39mm... And >$150K less
