on your new purchase wear it in good health .This watch is very high on my wish list I have seen in in all four metals I like it best in PT but can not justify the price difference , FP Journe make RG and PT but the difference is only 3K (GBP )even the difference between my RG Lange1 and the PT was 4K GBP, I dont know why the Patek PT is nearly double the price of gold, for this reason I would also go for the RG.
May I ask what would you consider middle age as I also like simple watches and great complications dont appeal to me much now.

Today, I visited a jeweler in New Jersey, without any intention of buying a new Patek, but buy one I did. I saw the 5196 in rose and yellow gold. I bought the rose gold one with a brown strap. The rose gold on the silver dial is beautiful and understated....
