Its an iphone camera lens attachment. Quality not perfect but it will do for amateur photography. A macro lens for a DSLR will cost a bomb ad you'll probably have to use lighting props due to the shadow cast by the enormous lens!

I'm looking into macro lenses. I like the loupe system but it's expensive considering I could just get a lense for my Nikon dslr. Confession: I never liked the 6000. Mainly because I thought the date on the outer ring would make me dizzy. But man over the... 

But it grew on me and well, as they say, the rest is history=)
