For once, I would tend to go towards the yellow gold. I would be keen to start soon a thread to invite participation of owners of such 'enamel signature' Pateks... testaments of a bygone era

...that these simple, elegant, useful watches are gone forever except to the immensely wealthy. Where are their modern equivalents? I guess I'm just getting too damned old : )

..and the date cutout is an afterthought. The best thing about it is the case.

But then again I would take several JLC's over any PP....Know I am in the minority thought on this one! -D-
