2497/2438 (screw back version of 2497) both of which while lacking the automatic movement have a similar dial layout to 5320 plus also have sweep seconds hand; or 3450 (also automatic) which while it doesn’t have a seconds hand at all has a small round wi...

The super rare and somewhat famous Patek 1591 ... with it's syringe hands and Arabic numerals has similarities to the 5320G. ...
