I think you should get the 5960. It seems that Stern himself will decide where the few 5070P will go. I ordered the 5960 at the Geneva Patek Salons 18 months ago and I have to wait another 18 months... And if you are one of the few who will get the 5070P and you can't afford both, you can always sell the 5960

i suggest that you do not look
through the crystal back of the 5070s. as i recall the ref 2512 made in the 1950s had a huge case with a nouvelle lemania movement and is considered very much by avid collectors. i personally do not like huge cases but i will make exceptions for the 5070s...

I just got mine and i would openly announce here that it is an amazing piece and the 5960 stands nowhere in competition, that is nowhere mate.
