I would soooooooo love it if PP made this...  

they made a mistake with the 5165/5167 They should have made it MUCH bigger and much thicker. I know Patek makes more elegant watches. And they talk about 'elegance sportive' if the mean the Nautilus. Good, but the new Aquanaut should have been a real spo... 

you didn´t mention the new/bigger/tougher movement

that would have been welcome but imo not necessary. Some people have a problem with bigger cases and small movements. That doesn't bother me

required IMHO for true sports watch especially for enlarged , bolder casing.

A 42mm 5711 with blue face would be perfect.

I would disagree with you..... A bigger aquanaut would be heavier and not comfortable as it now is.... Cheers

Hi, Since you're good with photoshop .. and I can't use it at all I always thought the Aquanaut would look nicer without the small indices, can you delete them ? So only keep these fatter indices at 5-10-15-20-25-30-35-40-45-50-55-60

that in a bigger size (larger and thicker) + a SS bracelet and I buy it !

Except I reckon lose all numbers and retain the minute/hour indices. Heres hoping for 2011. Please PP.

Seems counter intuitive to me. Surely that's a sign of a modular movement, poor design and poor packaging. Fine for Breitling but not for Patek Philippe. I keep trying on ROO's and Panerai's and can't figure out why they need to be so thick. Weight is not... 

because a lot of people like it (like me). the ROO is the best selilng AP and Panerai also sells about 50.000 watches per year so there definitely is a market for these watches. They can keep the Nautilus like it is. So if you prefer them slimmer you can ... 

I am fascinated by your Photoshop skills and creativity. The thing that would really do it for me in the Aquanaut would be a more stylish pair of hands. I have always wondered how the Aquanaut would look like with the 5711's hands, perhaps a bit beefier, ... 

Seeing it without the smaller markers, does make it rather cool looking. And if they were to "paint" these numbers in the same lume as they paint the current markers,you would have superb looking lume at night! In fact you would probably have to wear sung...

I cannot relate the word beater and Patek in the same thought process. Sorry. The 5711 is just perfect as it is, want the height get the 5980. But when i am in the mood for a watch with more sport and less elegance I wear the ROO, which I happen to love, ...
