I would definately keep it with the original dial. Even with hairlines it's still has that magical look that cannot be replicated, plus your watch would not be as desireable to another collector.
To the best of my knowlerdge I know of no enamel dial rose or yellow available.
Wear it in good health its a magnificent watch
