Such a close call

The 5110p has the big advantage of being platinum. Nothing like a platinum Patek. That said, I do prefer the case design and presence of the 5230. It’s a little less fluid and elegant, but it has a more robust presence that I really like. I only wish they did that one in platinum in the same configuration/color-way.

mainly for the fluid almost organic shape of its case. I also prefer the font used for the cities and the weight of the platinum. But both are beauties in their own right. ...

wrist size, preference for which hands you like more , and color scheme. With my small wrist, I prefer 5110P. FYI, 5230’s dial is guilloche whereas 5110 might be stamped. Nicolas will know about this fact for 5110P.

The 5110 starts to look a little dated, which could be a positive for such a classic watch. I might vote for this one, have long lusted after a G version but the P is even better
