Esp on my daily beater 5711/1A, due to its angulated bezel design. But, need to qualify that I am not a very careful person with watches!

No problem with the 324 movement during my 2.5 yrs ownership!

Yes and yes. Definite scratch magnet. AND, I have had my 5167 in for service twice due to the date not changing correctly. Hard to excuse on what is supposed to be one of the finely made movements around...very poor... On the bright side..love how the wat... 

No problems, on my wrist as I write this.

People seem to buy quite well the claims of different steels... and Rolex is selling their ideas well. I have pretty many watches and according to my experience there are no major differences between the steel of Rolex, Patek, VC, Breguet, Cartier, JLC, A...

I love my 5167, so much so I bought his new brother the 5164. Love the dial, how it changes color in certain light, love the size as well. Very comfy and light with a pretty good presence. deployant is very good also. scratch magnet? maybe, but not as bad... 

I've got two PPs with 324 movement, both flawless. Runs super smoothly. And...

any case is prone to scratches, especially polished surfaces. Take for example the Rolex Daytona.. good grief

You will get scratches - if you wear any watch you will get scratches. Mine has got a large gouge in the bezel that was inflicted by me when putting a bag in the overhead storage bin on a flight. Who cares? I don't pamper my watches as they're meant to be...
