How to adjust time/date/moon phase in 5712?

The question listed above is understating my real problem. Of course I have read the manual, but still I am not 100% sure how I should take care of the watch delicately.

The manual says, when the watch comes to complete stop, you have to wind it for 10 turns before any adjustment.

1st question: The winding is done in anti-clockwise, as I read in another thread?

After the winding, I should proceed to adjust the time first. The AD said it's best to make adjustment to the date/moon phase in the afternoon hours (no such adjustment should be made during 21:00-03:00 as he recommended). So I should adjust the time according to my local time, before proceeding to date adjustment.

Once time adjustment is done, then I should adjust the date. Then once date is done, it comes to the moon phase.

PP has offered a table of moon phase calendar. My limited understanding of the moon phase thing is that with 29+ clicks on the watch, it will complete one full cycle. So I should check the date against the moon phase calendar, and count the number of days away from the full moon and hit the clicks accordingly?

I am sure I haven't made myself clear in the above texts, especially the moon phase part, as I am pretty confused on how I should handle the adjustment.

I will wear this beauty occasionally, and thus regular adjustment will definitely be needed.

Sorry for my long texts and questions, as I am simply an amateur in complicated watch.

Thanks in advance!
