watches and especially those we like and discuss here: "What is the real purpose of this watch?" Does it really matter? Just a thought?! Anyway, for me casual and sporty is or at least can be quite different - product specifications can be quite different...

The way you describe how difficult it is to polish ss bracelets (and cases too), one realy wonders about the use of white gold. Is it possible that the manufacturers are deliberately using easy to process wg as opposed to ss to cut down manufacting and se...

It came out. But your photos confirm my first initial thoughts, I don't like it. The dial just doesn't work for me, with the different colours and the bracelet makes it look worse. Having read Nicholas comments I could be swayed. I think he is right, a le...

I find the new versions of the 5950 very nice, the 5940G appealing and the 5204P stunning. But as said previously, there are some novelties that I do not see as appealing and looking like mistakes to me. As usual with Patek time will tell :)

Ref. 5951P-012 and -013 (012 on the left - white lacquered; 013 on the right - black lacquered) Those two are the successors of the Ref. 5951P-001, which is discontinued now. There was no chance to see them in the metal, this time. From what I can say so ...

I'd like to run to my AD to see the 5960 on wrist and if I'm lucky and win the lottery, 5204 will be it. Finally, the 5078R is so gorgeous and I'm happy to make it my exit piece. Joseph
