Now that I got this bracelet version, I have the tendency to reach for this piece more often…not sure why? I know this bracelet design is not everyone’s favorite but it is very comfortable and scratches don’t show up so I can wear it with little concerns ...

1 perpertual calendar and 1 perpetual calendar chronograph (grail/dream) and my desires will be fully satisfied.

I really liked this watch when I borrowed one and tested it for two friends. What a great watch! The one I tested was a 5960P, but all variants are wonderful!

Thoughts?

I've met a few 5960P models with some small problems. Mostly problems with the annual calendar. Date not changing properly at the end of the month is common. But a great looking watch. A bigger, thicker, sportier watch. Looks good with a Brunello Cucinell...

Annual calendars are actually more complex than perpetual calendars sometimes. Depending on the brand. The chronograph is reliable. And it's a vertical clutch system. So that means it's got a disadvantage; vertical clutches are thicker than horizontal clu... 

What’s better than a automatic Flyback vertical-clutch column wheel chronograph with annual calendar? Not much, in my opinion Wear it in good health

Maybe not…since this is a modern complication and display layout. I agree the 5960 reference is an iconic one in PP’s history book. Thanks very much.

From the moment I've seen the first P version I loved it. And the black dial is a beauty.

Wonder if the bracelet on the SS version will fit in the P as well? Summers can be brutal on straps so I prefer bracelets when wearing my summer watches…😉

It’s that that bad…even for summer, don’t think you’ll be sweating like crazy wearing this dress/sports PP 😅
