Yes indeed.
A common thread I have read these past few years in domestic and foreign reviews relates to the German cars becoming more sterile, and less visceral, to drive. They get faster and faster all the time, but I'm afraid there is such a thing as "too fast" for a road car. I can at least admit on the 2022 M4 Competition xDrive I purchased, it was an expensive mistake for what I was looking for. The car was so clinical. And while I greatly admired the feel of quality of that BMW - materials, assembly, paint - it did not make me smile to drive it. My Cadillac makes me smile every time, absolutely every time, I drive it.

The torque is intoxicating.
I am much more into that bottom end grunt than high revving whine. This car pulls in most any gear at any RPM. And with a 6 speed manual, it is quite engaging.

Absolute speed is not everything at the end of the day and for quite some a path that led to no joy.
Hard to believe it is a 4 door sedan.
Many have dubbed it a 2 door Corvette. But it so much more rare. For the years 2022-2024, Chevrolet produced over 120,000 Corvettes. In the same period, Cadillac has made less than 5000 CT5-V Blackwings.
3 model years - 22, 23, 24.
for 2023 they were over 50,000, and they might hit that again in 2024. Previous years look to be 20-25,000 each. I see them quite frequently in Colorado.
