The Barenia is still my favorite but \this grey calf works as well, I think.

No Journe for me this week.
I’m sharing my PADI Baby Turtle, a watch from a few years back. It’s my wrist partner for the last week or so.
Now if I had an Elegante then maybe the Baby Turtle gets retired (or has competition) !

Hi Christian, stunning combo there. Is the Barena strap an OEM FPJ Strap? Here in japan, they only have alligator fpj straps...
This is a custom strap but Journe makes a calf strap for the Tourbillon Vertical
I would get in touch with Jean Rousseau who can make straps to exact Journe specs. They supply FPJ with custom straps.
Also A Collected Man offer some very nice looking straps for Journe watches. I never tried these though.

Thank you Christian, the issue when I purchase from JR (and I know they make the straps for FPJ here in Japan) for some reason they will not include the curved tabbed spring bar...

They did it for me in London without any problems. Ive heard it before but it seems erratic.
