And I am. Mine edge rubber came off from day three and spent months to send back to recover it. Posted my story before. More worry comes from another story from this forum that they discontinue the rubber strap so a fellow can’t get the replacement from them. What would happen if mine comes off again in ten years? I don’t think they would keep the edge rubber in stock for that long
I’m not sure where it came from, but I confirmed that the discontinuation of rubber straps is not true.
That said, I think the overall concern around long-term replacements for rubber parts is a fair concern. I intend to keep my Octa Sport for a very long time, so I can only hope they have a plan to maintain their stock or supply.

Not that mine is not prone to scratches but buckles do scratch.

I don’t understand the rubber thing here! Can’t they just make them simple without the long term headache?
Sometimes companies choose the hard way then after half a decade find out they were wrong then switch to the easy way. Ridiculous!!
