I forgot about it when I started this new thread. In fact, I participated in that one. Not many people had experience with the Optimum. Have you, by any chance?
A follow up clarification regarding the natural escapement
There was, in the previous thread, the question if there exist general issues with the Chronometre Optimum natural escapement.
When I visited the manufacture a few weeks ago, I explained the discussion we had been having on this forum. I posed the question; if there are, or have been, any issues specifically related to the Natural Escapement?
I also asked if there had been issues with the watch in other ways?
The answer was, that there had not been, and are no general issues with the natural escapement!
I was also told, that with the first few pieces had shown some issues with the regulation. These watches had been returned and fixed. As of now, It is not a watch that has many warranty returns.
I hope this clears a few things for you

Hi, I own this piece and have never had an issue with it. I know several other collectors who have had them for many years now and have never had a problem with them either. The accuracy is spot on, I have no complaints with this or any of my other FPJ pieces. I hope this helps. Cheers
